Custom Molecular Cloning

Cloning service for one or multiple fragments (up to 10kbp) into your vector of choice for protein expression or creating GFP/Luciferase fusion with your protein of interest.
 
Cloning design, primers and sequence validation are all included and the final product is delivered as lypholized vector (100ng) for immediate use. Additional costs apply if midi ($150) or maxi ($400) preps are required. Delivery time depends on your gene of interest and the quality and amount of plasmid and fragment/genomic dna provided by the customer (minimum 6 weeks). Please note that the pricing is an estimate and may change depending on the complexity of the project. Pricing does NOT include DNA synthesis costs for your fragment.
