IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of the Cas9 enzyme and the way CRISPR techonology works, we highly recommend using a minimum of 3 different sgRNA/Crispr-cas9 lentiviruses for your gene of interest. If a single sgRNA design is used, CRISPR may not result in a complete knock-out. Because of this limitation, we cannot guarantee a complete knockout result if a single sgRNA product is ordered.
