CRISPR-Cas9 Gene Knockout Lentivirus (set of 4))

Custom designed 3 seperate sgRNA/Crispr-cas9 all-in-one lentiviruses (3mlx3) and a scrambled control lentivirus (3ml) with custom selection marker (Puromycin, Blasticidin, Neomycin or GFP) for your target gene of interest. Lenviruses are provided frozen or in liquid form depending on your needs. Please expect 6-8 weeks for delivery.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of the Cas9 enzyme and the way CRISPR techonology works, we highly recommend using a minimum of 3 different sgRNA/Crispr-cas9 lentiviruses for your gene of interest. If a single sgRNA design is used, CRISPR may not result in a complete knock-out. Because of this limitation, we cannot guarantee a complete knockout result if a single sgRNA product is ordered.
